WinRAR
WinRAR comes from RAR Lab and is a form of shareware archive manager that can be used in all Windows Operating System environments. With this strong software product on your side, you can do data backups, lessen email attachment sizes, decompress any files you downloaded from online sources (such as ZIP or RAR); and develop new archives in the ZIP and RAR file formats.
WinRAR supports the following archive file formats: Z, 7Z, ISO, JAR, UUE, BZ2, GZ, TAR, LZH, ARJ, CAB, ACE, RAR, and ZIP. It comes as a shareware file whose size is 1.15 megabytes which is equivalent to 1,206,366 bytes. RAR Lab, being the author, has its own website whose URL is www.rarsoft.com.
One possible disadvantage you may encounter with this product is that the WinRAR program may crash as you decompress corrupt archives under RAR format. The drag and drop function may also fail when you are attempting to unpack one file from an ACE archive subfolder.
